Overnight order processing - auto part store

Requirements

Client is an auto spare parts store. They wanted a processing solution that works 24/7, for their clients to receive orders in the quickest possible time. This required a team of people that works in US night time to make it possible

Our solution

We quickly gathered a team of people & trained them on order processing methods as required by the client. The tasks that we handle include

• Process orders using QuickBooks
• Raise P/O's as soon as the order is confirmed in EBay store
• Submit orders to fulfillment/drop ship center
• Use Outlook, Word, Excel and QuickBooks

The solution is working wonderfully well and the client now wants us to take on further tasks such as customer support services. We have gladly accepted it and are about to start additional services.
